I created VA for Visionaries after I quickly realized how incredibly LUCKY I am to have a rockstar virtual assistant of 4+ years. Here is the back story..

…peeing in the middle of the woods at midnight
…yelling a song with my bestie, driving through country backroads

The time to hire & train a VA isn’t when life throws a curveball, it’s before it happens. Because as a leader, your business should keep running, even when you need to step away.

And trust me when I say, having a team to run the show whenever you need to take time for YOU - or when a family matter arises - is one of the greatest assets you can have. 

This is something I advocate for all my friends, small and big business owners alike.

A genuine desire for busy entrepreneurs to have the support they need, not only when life happens but to intentionally improve their quality of life, so they can stay in their zone of creative genius instead of being buried in the day-to-day.

I was hit with something so intense that there was absolutely no returning to ‘normal.’ I went into a really dark place, being told to eat, and really struggling to sleep. The surprising thing that absolutely SAVED me during this time?

My team, especially my highly trained VA of 4+ years. Seriously. 
My business would have taken a major hit without existing help.

I could NOT have imagined having to work during this time. My nervous system was already trying to process an insane amount of information. I was such a wreck, I drove off with the gas pump still in my truck. My world had turned upside down. Thank GOD for my virtual assistant (VA). 

I took 2 months off of work. I didn’t check my inbox, or even talk to her 🤯 & I fully trusted her to handle everything. I went MIA. For me. For my healing. For my heart.
